A challenge presented itself: How do you keep the company vibe alive when everybody is working remotely? My answer: a welcome box packed with branded goodies and good fun. I pitched the idea to our talent care team, and we ran with it—leaning on WD’s Wolfie mascot to add some playful charm and make new hires feel right at home.
